My name is William Young, but people call me Bill.
I was born on January 6, 1959, in San Francisco, CA.
I got into photography by watching my brother, Curtis, who was an experienced photographer. He had a darkroom when we lived in Stockton. 
I was about 8 years old when I took an interest in photography. 
As the years went by, at Turlock High, photography and music were my passions.
Music was more in my life back in school, but I still had an interest in photography.
I kept up with my 35mm camera with other lenses to put on it to get either up close or far away.
When digital cameras started to come out, I thought it was not going to make it like most 35mm photographers,
Maybe thinking something like me, "It won't last".
So I got a digital camera that was about $79.00. It was an inexpensive camera,
​I thought it was interesting that I could see the photos right away.
After the years went by, I was getting even more into photography and now have several cameras and drones too.
I have 2 Nikon D610's and a Z5 camera with different lenses to get the job done.  
​Getting into drone photography was fun, but I followed the rules to fly by. Having 3 DJI Drones and using them all
(not at the same time, but could do it if needed).
As a photographer, I do all kinds of photography. Some people like to get a quote before even talking with them,
But I prefer to talk with my potential client.
This way, they get to know me as I get to know them, gathering more detailed information on their Family Portraits, Weddings, and other kinds of events that may need a photographer.
So, no matter the job, big or small, I can do whatever is needed to get the job done and a fast turnaround.
I was hired by a company that hired me for a week in San Diego and in San Francisco.
